well first of all stop straightening and blow drying your hair. and it only depends on your hair type. kerastase has a good hair mask, but is expensive. an easy one is to just bring sum conditioner to the beach, slather it on your hair, and wait. the sun will do the work. this site might also help your damaged hair.

extra virgin olive. it's cheap, it natural, and it works. just put on scalp and hair, cover with shower cap, and leave on for at least 30 minutes. then remove with shampoo and condition.
do this once or twice a week. or whenever you shampoo which should be no more than twice weekly if you have damaged hair.
