If you go to Joann fabrics they sell big masks with lots of feathers or you can buy one of their masks, lots of feathers, some plastic-y jewels and metallic paint and design your own to go with your decorations.Masquerade masks???
At 15, you have probably not heard of pape mache (?). Shred newspaper, soak it in water, then add wallpaper paste. Leave to soak for a day or so. Then you can mould it into the most amazing shapes. Takes 3/4 days to dry out completelty. Colour it with poster paints. And apart from the paint - it is free!
