because here in manila they say after giving birth and do those stuffs will only cause you ';binat'; or reoccurring of sickness like headache etc. Is it ok to already have a facial cleaning/whitening/mask after 3 mnths of giving birth via Ceasarian Section?

My mom used to tell me those kind of things all the time. All old wives tales! Go ahead and treat yourself to a facial if you have time.
