~Make a paste from a little oatmeal and water. Apply to face and allow to dry. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

~Mash 1/2 banana and add 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Apply to face and let set for about 10 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

~Two tablespoons of cornmeal mixed with enough water to make a thick paste makes a great inexpensive facial mask. Gently apply to face and wash off.

Revitalizing Mask:

Mash 1/2 cucumber, 2 strawberries, 1 tsp honey and 1 tbsp yogurt in a food processor.

Combine 4 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup fresh mint and 1 piece ginger (cut and peeled ). Blend on low setting. Add 3 tbsp honey and 1 ripe banana. Smooth all over your face. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Store the rest of the mixture covered in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Homemade Face Mask for Sensitive Skin

This soothing mask is great for chapped, sunburned or irritated skin.

1 cup natural yogurt (we like it just-out-of-the-fridge cold)

陆 cup oatmeal (any type of basic oatmeal works here)

Mix the ingredients together %26amp; apply to the skin for 15 minutes. Wash off mask with a warm washcloth. Extra tip: This mask works well for other skin types as well. For oily skin, add a couple drops of lime juice. For dry skin, mix in a couple tablespoons of honey.

Homemade Face Mask for Aging Skin

See 鈥業s Your Skin Prematurely Aging鈥?to find out if your skin fits this category. This mask works well for maturing skin, since sugar is a natural exfoliant and will help soften the lines your skin creates as it ages.

3 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp warm water

Melt sugar in warm water. Make sure granules are dissolved, otherwise they may tear your skin. Apply to the face and leave for 5 minutes. Gently massage around the skin. Rinse.

Egg yolks and salt. Its pretty simple but it works wonders on getting impurities off your skin and out of your pores. :) I have to admit it smells a little funny. But after it dries you can't tell. Let it dry and leave it for about 15 minutes then rinse.
